"We are committed to Angola, to the economy, to our partners, to the environment, to our human resources and to the community. Our commitment is to have a positive and structured impact, contributing to the development, strengthening and sophistication of national infrastructures and thus shortening distances, promoting proximity in family and commercial dynamics. We are committed to delivering a better Angola."
COMMITMENT

A. ENVIRONMENTAL COMMITMENT
Our sustainable development strategy is linked to a policy of environmental protection and respect for natural resources.
Since the beginning of this project, we have been concerned with operating in accordance with the best sustainability practices, particularly with regard to
environmental impact.
The choice of our equipment,
based on technological sophistication, allows us to:
– Superior efficiency, given the margins for error that are highly mitigated by the machinery we have.
– A remarkable optimization of the construction process as a whole, and a considerable reduction in resource waste, reducing our ecological footprint
.

B. ECONOMIC COMMITMENT
Our commitment to the Construction and Public Works sector aims to promote the development and sophistication of Angola’s infrastructure, boosting the sustainable growth of the provinces and encouraging greater mobility, as well as the diversification of the Angolan economy.
National industries, commercial transactions, families and their access to essential services such as Education, Health and others, will benefit from a panorama of fluidity and proximity that is only possible through the implementation of connecting routes and infrastructures that boost energy resources, as well as providing access to previously inaccessible regions.
We are fully aware that every step taken and every project completed represents real progress for the progress and prosperity of our country’s economy.

C. SOCIAL COMMITMENT
The future of Angola is everyone’s responsibility and Mercons’ too.
Mercons is responsible for the community in which it operates.
We want to have a voice and an active role with the people around us and contribute in a structured and measurable way to their development.
We want the immediate vicinity of the entire Mercons Works to be impacted and energized by the social responsibility projects we are designing to support educational and social institutions.
We want these organizations to be able to provide better conditions for those under their tutelage, whether in terms of structure, resources for basic daily consumption or even aligning a vision for a more sustainable future, with our constant support and accompaniment.
Together we are committed to developing Angola and its pillars of social structure.

D. COMMITMENT TO HUMAN CAPITAL
The hiring and ongoing training of Angolan human resources, and the strategy outlined for developing this project in a responsible and sustainable way for the country and its communities, are integral and inseparable parts of our vision of growth and progress.
It is essential to guarantee the training and career progression of our people, which is why we have a wide-ranging multidisciplinary Internal Training Program, in a continuous learning environment, covering several different areas.
We value and promote concrete professional development plans that encourage solid, technical career progression, which will allow our professionals to grow in a sustainable way, becoming increasingly relevant to the company, the business and, consequently, the country.
With constructive and aspirational leadership, we are implementing a system for evaluating and managing our human resources, which provides fair conditions for the growth of our professionals.
